12:08 a.m. Dogs reportedly were barking in the 300 block of Blue Sage Drive.

12:12 a.m. Someone reportedly moved several construction cones onto Lincoln Avenue blocking a ramp. The cones were moved.

1:11 a.m. A woman reported a loud party on Whistler Road.

1:26 a.m. A business in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue reportedly left racks of merchandise outside. The business owner was notified.

1:27 a.m. Another business owner in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue was notified that he or she had left a rack of merchandise outside the business.

5:38 a.m. A man reportedly was sleeping inside a building in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers told the man to leave the building.

7:28 a.m. Several rocks reportedly were thrown through a street sweeper's windshield on Lupine Drive.

8:25 a.m. A 14-year-old girl reportedly was missing from her Oak Creek home. Police eventually found the girl.

8:47 a.m. A theft was reported in the 35000 block of U.S. Highway 40.

9:18 a.m. A woman reported her neighbor was not using a bear-proof trash container.

9:56 a.m. A 24-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested at Decker Park in Oak Creek on suspicion of third-degree assault.

1:35 p.m. A woman's window reportedly was broken with paintballs in the 1900 block of Ski Time Square.

1:38 p.m. Two skateboarders were given a warning for riding their skateboards on the sidewalk in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

1:45 p.m. A 29-year-old man was taken to the hospital for detox after he reportedly passed out on a bus and wouldn't get off.

2:18 p.m. A concrete hose broke at a construction site in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue, spraying a nearby car with concrete. The situation was handled civilly.

3:08 p.m. A bear reportedly was eating trash in the 2300 block of Apres Ski Way. The bear was gone when officers arrived.

4:03 p.m. Officers checked on a dog tied to a leash near Yampa and 11th streets. The dog was fine.

4:12 p.m. A woman's wallet was missing from the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken.

4:26 p.m. A man's laptop reportedly was stolen from the 2100 block of Resort Drive.

5:49 p.m. Two adults and a minor were cited for trespassing after they were caught using a condo maintenance room as a hangout on Clubhouse Drive.

6:12 p.m. Steamboat Lake State Park and North Routt Fire Protection District officials helped search the lake for a missing person with two children who had not returned from a boating trip. The family eventually was found "paddling around." No injuries were reported.

6:44 p.m. The 29-year-old man who had been taken to the hospital for detox was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault after he reportedly pushed a hospital security guard while trying to escape from the gurney he was on. Police said the man had loosened the straps on the gurney and attempted to run from officers. The man was caught after a short foot pursuit, police said.

8:30 p.m. A passed out 50-year-old man was taken to detox from the first block of Hemlock Court.

8:57 p.m. Two men were arrested on suspicion of fighting two other men while they were waiting at a bus stop in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 41-year-old Arvada man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and obstructing police. A second 35-year-old Arvada man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

10:22 p.m. A man reportedly heard a group of people yelling and screaming in the 2400 block of Pine Grove Road.
