12:27 a.m. An 18-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested near Lincoln Avenue and Pine Grove Road on suspicion of driving while ability impaired, being a minor in possession and driving a defective vehicle.

12:57 a.m. A man wearing blue jeans and a dark sweater reportedly was staggering in the middle of the road near Lincoln Avenue and Mount Werner Road. The man was gone when officers arrived.

4:11 a.m. A 24-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested at the Routt County Sheriff's Office for being a fugitive of justice.

8:29 a.m. An angry parent reportedly threatened his daughter's school bus driver in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. A report was taken.

10:13 a.m. A 14-year-old girl reportedly ran away from home. The girl's father said she had gone to stay at a friend's house and wasn't returning his calls or coming home.

11:47 a.m. A woman in the 400 block of Dabney Lane reportedly was receiving threatening text messages in Spanish. The woman told police she needed a Spanish translator.

2:52 p.m. Someone reportedly stole $100 in cash from a concierge desk in the 2300 block of AprÃs Ski Way.

3:59 p.m. Someone reportedly stole a pair of sunglasses from a doctor's office in the 500 block of Anglers Drive.

4:41 p.m. A gas skip was reported in the 900 block of Weiss Drive.

6:17 p.m. A Dumpster fire was reported near Eagle Glen and Eagleridge drives. The fire was extinguished.

7:21 p.m. A gas skip was reported in the 2100 block of Mount Werner Road.

10:23 p.m. Residents in the 500 block of Eighth Street were given a warning to be quiet.

11:29 p.m. A noise complaint was made in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza.

A woman was receiving threatening text messages in Spanish and needed a translator.... if she needed a translator how did she know they were threats??
