1:15 a.m. A Yampa woman was reportedly yelling at people at a restaurant in the first block of Moffat Avenue in Yampa. A report was taken.

7:12 a.m. Two poodles reportedly were running loose in the 300 block of Blackberry Lane.

10:23 a.m. A child and a dog reportedly were locked in a car near Fourth and Oak streets.

11:04 a.m. A 24-year-old man was taken to the hospital from the 3000 block of Village Drive because he was suffering from a seizure.

1:17 p.m. A tube leak reportedly blew coal dust all over a boiler room at the Xcel Hayden Station power plant in Hayden. Officials with the West Routt Fire Protection District stood by as officials cleaned up the coal.

2:59 p.m. Someone reportedly broke into a snack bar in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway and stole some snacks. The incident is under investigation.

4:18 p.m. Two men reportedly were drinking beer, throwing beer cans and shooting a gun at a man's property from their car in the 60000 block of Routt County Road 74 in Hayden. The incident is under investigation.

5:07 p.m. Someone reportedly saw several people cross police tape at a house in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road. The home was damaged extensively during a party last week, and police are still investigating the vandalism. Police said the people were the residents of the bottom unit of the house and were not doing anything illegal.

5:41 p.m. A woman reportedly found several "nitrous oxide-based cartridges" in an alley in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The woman thought youths who had been skateboarding in the area were "huffing" the cartridges. The youths were gone when officers arrived.

6:29 p.m. Two dogs, one wearing a pink jacket, reportedly were in the middle of the road near Bear Creek Road and Hunters Drive.

10:25 p.m. "A bunch of skateboarders" reportedly were yelling and making "a bunch of noise" in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The skateboarders were gone when officers arrived.
