Clay Artisans looking for beneficiary organization

The Steamboat Clay Artisans is looking for a local nonprofit organization that would like to be the beneficiary of this year's Soup Bowl Supper. The annual fall fundraiser has raised more than $32,000 for local nonprofit groups during the past five years. Past recipients include LIFT-UP of Routt County, Yampa Valley Recycles, Northwest Animal Assistance League and Historic Routt County.

To be considered as the beneficiary for this year's event, submit a letter of interest by May 1 that states the name and purpose of your organization, how you would use the proceeds and the extent of volunteer assistance your organization would provide. Letters should be sent to SCA, P.O. Box 882111, Steamboat Springs, CO 80488. A decision will be announced in mid-May.
