12:03 a.m. Fireworks were reported in the 3000 block of AprÃs Ski Way.
12:30 a.m. A 17-year-old girl was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and being a minor in possession after she crashed her car into a tree in the 2800 block of Chinook Lane. Police said the girl had just left a party where she had consumed alcohol when the accident occurred. The girl was taken to the hospital to be treated for "bumps and bruises," police said. The woman who supplied the girl with alcohol was cited for procuring alcohol to a minor, a misdemeanor.
8:58 a.m. A 66-year-old man was taken to the hospital from the 800 block of Conifer Circle after he fell and hurt his leg.
12:12 p.m. A 17-year-old boy registered as a sex offender at the Steamboat Springs Police Department.
2:47 p.m. Officers drove a woman with mental health issues from the hospital to Denver's University Hospital.
3:40 p.m. A Craig woman reportedly was trying to remove her newborn baby from the hospital's nursery before doctors approved the baby's discharge. The situation was mediated.
4:18 p.m. A drunken woman reportedly shut off the electricity to her home during an argument she was having with her husband.
6:08 p.m. A snowboard was stolen from the 2300 block of Mount Werner Road.
6:22 p.m. A 45-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on Routt County Road 33 on suspicion of driving under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol and weaving.
8:40 p.m. An 18-year-old Louisville man was arrested in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, being a minor in possession and violating his bail bond conditions. Police said the man was driving to the police department to report being punched in the face by another man.
10:16 p.m. Police mediated a verbal argument between a man and a woman in the 2100 block of Mount Werner Road.
