Wildhorse Meadows breaks ground

Construction has begun at Wildhorse Meadows. Local excavation firm Native Excavating has been working on the initial ground-work, which is scheduled for completion by Oct. 1. Site work, including grading, roads and utilities, on the 47-acre site will continue during next year with completion anticipated for fall 2007.

Wildhorse Meadows is near the base of the Steamboat Ski Area and will be directly connected to the mountain via a gondola. The development includes a mix of housing types including home sites, mountain lofts, townhomes, condo-hotels and attainable housing.

Wildhorse Meadows is being developed by Resort Ventures West and S&P Destination Properties. For information contact Devon Purdy at 970-879-6116 or dpurdy@sprealestate.com.
