5:33 a.m. Someone driving in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue reported being flagged down by a man wearing nothing but a black fleece jacket and boxers. A report was taken.
6:54 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1000 block of The Boulevard.
8:55 a.m. A woman in the 1200 block of South Lincoln Avenue reported someone stealing money from her backpack. A report was taken.
10:21 a.m. A man in the 100 block of Sixth Street reported two cars that were illegally parked in handicapped parking spots. The two cars received citations.
10:38 a.m. A man in the 2200 block of County Shop Road reported two stolen rental cars. The man told police the two cars had not been returned when they were supposed to be.
10:58 a.m. A man near River Road and Agate Street reported a landscaper "putting mud in the road." Police gave the landscaper a warning to clean the mud.
11:54 a.m. A woman in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road reported someone using her credit card number to purchase things online. The incident is under investigation.
Noon A suspected shoplifter in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle was given a citation.
12:39 p.m. A man registered as a sex offender at the Routt County Sheriff's Office.
12:48 p.m. A man reported losing his cell phone somewhere in Steamboat Springs.
1:47 p.m. A 58-year-old man was taken to the hospital from the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue in Hayden because he was suffering from seizures.
3:03 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:03 p.m. A construction worker said he was hit in the face while he was working on a gravel pit on west U.S. Highway 40. Police said the man that allegedly hit the construction worker has not been located. The incident is under investigation.
4:07 p.m. A natural gas leak was reported in the 2800 block of Village Drive. Firefighters said the leak was reported at a school, but that the actual leak was coming from a construction site across the street where a gas line had been cut. Atmos Energy officials fixed the leak.
5:33 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
8:54 p.m. Someone found a wallet and turned it in to the police department.
9:13 p.m. A driver was cited for driving under suspension on Moffat Avenue in Yampa.
