12:34 a.m. A man reported people yelling and talking loudly near Fourth and Oak streets. Officers gave the people a warning.
2:17 a.m. A 19-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on Lincoln Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, being a minor in possession, possessing drug paraphernalia and driving with faulty headlamps.
11:01 a.m. A 22-year-old Steamboat Springs man turned himself in for being a fugitive of justice.
11:47 a.m. An elderly person in the 500 block of Rollingstone Drive reportedly received a strange phone call and wanted to talk to police about it.
12:08 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 31000 block of Broken Talon Tail in Oak Creek.
1:14 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive.
2:06 p.m. A woman reportedly sat in a restaurant's parking lot in her car all day in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.
3:24 p.m. A theft was reported in the first block of East Maple Street.
3:25 p.m. A juvenile situation was reported in the first block of East Maple Street.
4:02 p.m. A woman sustained minor injuries after she hit a car that was making an illegal turn off U.S. Highway 40 onto Pine Grove Road. Police said the man driving the car ran a yellow light to make the turn. The man was cited for failing to yield.
5:25 p.m. A woman in the 3000 block of Columbine Drive was concerned about a neighbor who was yelling at kids playing across the street in a parking lot.
5:57 p.m. A drunken person reportedly was stumbling around in an alley between Seventh and Eighth streets. The person was gone when officers arrived.
9:52 p.m. A taxi driver reportedly was having troubles with a passenger near Central Park Drive and U.S. Highway 40.
