2:23 a.m. A drunken 24-year-old Steamboat Springs man got lost driving in the 39000 block of Routt County Road 33, and pulled onto private property. When officers arrived, they arrested the man on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

8:59 a.m. Two men reportedly were shooting at elk on U.S. Highway 40 near Saddle Mountain Ranch. The men were gone when officers arrived.

10:52 a.m. A woman reportedly hit a trailer that had come unhitched from the truck that was pulling it on U.S. 40 at the base of Rabbit Ears Pass. State Patrol officials said the woman struck the trailer that was carrying a load of unsecured wood. The truck's driver was given a citation for not having safety chains, driving with an unsecured load and driving with expired plates. No injuries were reported.

12:03 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Anglers Drive and Lincoln Avenue.

1:17 p.m. A theft was reported in the 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:53 p.m. A theft was reported in the 2700 block of Downhill Drive.

2:21 p.m. A gas skip was reported in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

7:20 p.m. A 36-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested near Lincoln Avenue and Hilltop Parkway on suspicion of driving under suspension and driving with expired plates.
