Is there a reason that these reas estate transactions need to be so cryptic and difficult to parse and read. You are a sophisticated newspaper with the ability to lay out information in a table and a table that had Seller, Buyer, Property and Price would be so much easier to read than this format with last name, first name. For eample, on the last listing instead of:REED, JOSEPH TO GUSTAFSON, DAVID AND GUSTAFSON, DAWN AND BRODHUN, JOHN AND BRODHUN, SHARON FOR STEAMBOAT GRAND RESORT HOTEL CONDOMINIUM UNIT PH7 QUARTER SHARE ESTATE II, ALTERNATING SHARE B CALENDAR 6, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY - $149,500
It could read:
Seller(s) - Joseph, David and Dawn Gufrafson
Buyer(s) - John and Sharon Brodhun
Property- Steaboat Grand Resort Hotel Condomimum unit PH7 Quarter Share Estate II Alternating Share B Calendar 6, Satureday to Saturday
Price - $149,500
Even like this is is so much easier to read and in table format it would be even better.
