6:59 a.m. A horse was caught in barbed wire in the 2000 block of Shield Drive. The horse was OK.
7:48 a.m. An Oak Creek woman sustained minor injuries after she and her family were involved in a rollover accident in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police said the 20-year-old driver lost control of the car on slick roads and then crossed two lanes of traffic. The car rolled onto its hood. No other damage or injuries were reported.
7:56 a.m. A semitrailer reportedly was "hindering traffic" near Walton Creek and Whistler roads. The truck was gone when officers arrived.
8:33 a.m. A woman reportedly lost her cell phone in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.
8:48 a.m. A set of tires was stolen from a garage in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
8:53 a.m. A 41-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 400 block of Hilltop Parkway on suspicion of harassment. Police said the man reportedly spit on a woman, pulled her hair and pushed her down during an argument.
10:14 a.m. Someone reportedly found a debit card in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
10:15 a.m. A man reportedly found two driver's licenses and a credit card in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
12:26 p.m. A 37-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested in the 3700 block of Lincoln Avenue for failing to appear in court.
12:35 p.m. A Jehovah's Witness who was walking door to door in the 600 block of Anglers Drive reportedly came upon a house with a broken window that had had fresh blood on the windowsill. Police said the blood belonged to a dog that had broken the window jumping out of the home. The dog was OK.
