2:09 a.m. A man and woman reportedly were arguing near Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers mediated the situation.

7:05 a.m. A man in the 100 block of Spruce Street reported trash strewn across the alley. The man told police trash is an ongoing problem.

8:02 a.m. Someone reportedly stole a construction barricade and some material from a construction site in the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:21 a.m. Someone reported seeing trash flying out of the back of a waste management truck on Lincoln Avenue. The driver was contacted and picked up the trash.

8:25 a.m. A man reported a broken window and door on a restroom at a park in the first block of 12th Street. A report was taken.

11:27 a.m. Someone reportedly stole more than $1,500 worth of construction material from a site near Colorado Highway 131 and Routt County Road 179. Police said someone reportedly stole a toolbox between Friday night and Monday morning that contained a pair of Carhartt pants, wrenches, sewer testing equipment, tubing and other items.

11:53 a.m. A man in the 33000 block of Antelope Road in Toponas reported his out-of-state brother using his Social Security number and date of birth to write bad checks. A report was taken.

12:37 p.m. A young woman in the 1300 block of Blue Sage Drive reported her parents trying to kick her out and throwing her things into the yard.

1:24 p.m. A 21-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of speeding, not wearing a seat belt, driving under restraint and on two fugitive of justice warrants.

2:40 p.m. A Phippsburg man and his wife reportedly were arguing after a court hearing. The man was later arrested on suspicion of menacing, harassment and misconduct. His wife was arrested on suspicion of harassment and misconduct.

5:56 p.m. A woman and her daughter reportedly were fighting on Indian Trails. Officers mediated the situation.

6:32 p.m. A man reported a kayak turned sideways and was stuck in trees on the Yampa River west of the Steamboat Springs Transit bus terminal. Officers could not find the kayak.

7:13 p.m. Two people were taken to the hospital from the 800 block of Dougherty Road because they felt "tingly."

9:36 p.m. A man reported a suspicious blue and white Ford truck parked with its lights on and doors open for three hours on Lagoon Court. The man told police he did not know where the truck's driver was. The truck was gone when officers arrived.

10:28 p.m. Someone was arrested on a failure to appear warrant in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.
