1:04 a.m. A man reported a loud party near Walton Creek Road and AprÃs Ski Way.

7:55 a.m. A man reported someone breaking into a building in the 900 block of Oak Street. Police said someone entered the building through a window, walked around and then left. Nothing was missing, and nothing was damaged. A report was taken.

9:39 a.m. A woman reported a gray GMC truck parked in front of a fire hydrant in the 1800 block of Highland Way.

10:16 a.m. Someone reported a barking dog in the 2400 block of Val D'Isere Circle. The dog's owner was given a verbal warning.

10:24 a.m. A woman reported her 17-year-old son's jaw being broken during a fight at a party that was held more than a week ago near Columbine. A report was taken, and the incident is under investigation.

11:38 a.m. A loose dog was taken to the animal shelter from the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:40 p.m. Someone reported a dog ripping his or her jacket on Spring Creek Trail.

2:48 p.m. Officers spoke to someone in the 300 block of Seventh Street about "why it's bad to steal."

3:11 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 100 block of Trafalgar Drive.

4:25 p.m. Officers cited someone who was riding a scooter on the sidewalk near Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

4:28 p.m. Someone reported two juveniles in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The incident is under investigation.

4:53 p.m. A white cat was found in the 600 block of Oak Street and taken to the shelter.

5:15 p.m. Someone found a passport in the 800 block of Ninth Street.
