1:39 a.m. A single-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 146 west of Rabbit Ears Pass. Police said a driver apparently lost control of his vehicle, which slid off the side of the road and rolled onto its roof. The driver and his two passengers were not injured.

7:20 a.m. A man reported a gray pickup and boat parked illegally near Third and Maple streets.

9:46 a.m. A man reported someone tailgating and cutting him off on Walton Creek Road.

1:22 p.m. A young man reportedly admitted to stealing coins from a house in the 700 block of Anglers Drive. The man also admitted to stealing something from a different home two months ago.

2:35 p.m. A woman reported her ex-husband violating a protection order in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken.

4:34 p.m. Someone reportedly broke into a home in the 30000 block of Sagebrush Trail in Stagecoach, stole a guitar and then threw the instrument in a trash can. A report was taken.

4:54 p.m. A man reported someone stealing about $400 worth of tools from a maintenance shop on Pine Grove Road. A report was taken.

5:01 p.m. Two Routt County Jail inmates were arguing and fighting at the jail. One of the inmates was charged with third-degree assault and was put in lockdown.

8:25 p.m. A woman reported three men loitering in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. The woman told the men they had to buy something or leave the area. The woman called police when the men refused to do either.

10:14 p.m. A 20-foot recreational vehicle reportedly caught fire in the 1500 block of Redhawk Court. Firefighters extinguished the fire, in which no one was injured. Officers do not know what caused the fire.
