12:05 a.m. A 28-year-old man was arrested on a fugitive-of-justice warrant near Lincoln Avenue and Old Fish Creek Falls Road.

7:21 a.m. A man reported profane graffiti on a dugout in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway. The incident is under investigation.

7:41 a.m. Vandalism was reported at the skatepark in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway.

8 a.m. A woman reported being passed on a double yellow line on U.S. Highway 40 near Routt County Road 33 in Hayden. The driver later was pulled over and given a ticket for careless driving.

8:39 a.m. A 36-year-old woman was arrested on a fugitive-of-justice warrant in the 3500 block of Duckels Court.

11:19 a.m. A woman reported her purse stolen in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:30 p.m. A woman reported her wallet stolen in the 700 block of Yampa Street.

1:50 p.m. A woman reported seeing a dog running near Fifth and Yampa streets with a wooden chair attached to its leash. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

2:11 p.m. A propane gas explosion was reported in the 29000 block of C.R. 8 in Yampa. Two men reportedly were working on a propane water heater when the heater exploded. Both men suffered serious injuries and were flown to Denver hospitals.

2:15 p.m. A woman reported losing her cell phone in Stagecoach.

5:28 p.m. A woman driving a white Oldsmobile Bravada with a red stripe reportedly hit another car in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive and left without reporting the accident. Police haven't located the woman.

5:37 p.m. A woman near Seventh and Yampa streets reportedly saw three or four boys swimming in the Yampa River. The woman was concerned about the boys' safety. Police contacted the boys and gave them warnings.

6:19 p.m. A man in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza reported his ex-wife violating a restraining order by putting something on his door. Officers contacted the man and his ex-wife.

6:33 p.m. A woman reported seeing two boys skateboarding in an abandoned swimming pool in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers contacted the skateboarders and gave them a warning.

8:52 p.m. A man in the 1100 block of Yampa Street reported hearing people climbing on the roof and screaming. Officers gave the apartment's owner a written warning.

11:12 p.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol on Seventh Street. Officers also issued four minor-in-consumption citations to underage passengers in the car.
