8:28 a.m. A 91-year-old woman was taken to the hospital from the 800 block of Anglers Court because she was having trouble breathing.
8:46 a.m. Someone reported a theft at the police department.
9:06 a.m. A Grease Monkey employee in the 2100 block of Downhill Drive reportedly found farm diesel in a truck he was servicing, which is illegal because it creates more pollutants when it is burned. An officer contacted the truck's owner and gave him a written warning.
12:33 p.m. Officers picked up a dog in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue and took him to the shelter.
1:07 p.m. A woman reported her cell phone missing at the police department.
1:53 p.m. A woman in the 700 block of Yampa Street was taken to the hospital because she was suffering from a possible drug overdose.
2:53 p.m. A man in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court reported his snowboard stolen.
3:32 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported near Eighth and Oak streets.
10:27 p.m. An elderly man was taken to the hospital from the 2300 block of Storm Meadows Drive because he was having chest pains.
10:55 p.m. While an officer was checking on a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Mountain Village Circle, he reportedly saw a car full of drunken people getting ready to leave an apartment complex. The officer, who called for backup, contacted the vehicle and found that the occupants were underage. One of the people reportedly gave an officer a fake name and proceeded to run away from the scene. Officers ran after the man and arrested him. Officers took one man to jail for driving under the influence of alcohol and one man for resisting arrest. The other two people in the car were given minor in possession tickets.
