Coldwell Banker agents recognized at conference

Agents with the Coldwell Banker Silver Oak Brokerage office in Steamboat were recognized last month for outstanding sales production in 2005 during the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in San Francisco.
More than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system qualified for the distinguished awards.
Michelle Avery has earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Presi--dent's Premier. The top 1 percent of sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system qualified for the award.
Avery will be invited to attend the company's "Elite Retreat," a three-day conference for the top Coldwell Banker sales associates. Avery has been with the Coldwell Banker Silver Oak for 14 years and has been a Top Producer for 12 consecutive years.
Karen Beauvais, owner-broker of Coldwell Banker Silver Oak Ltd., is the recipient of the International President's Circle Award. This membership is limited to the top 7 percent of sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.
Mix Beauvais, owner-broker of Coldwell Banker Silver Oak Ltd., has earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Soci--ety, a level achieved by the top 13 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates.
Susan Ross, a sales associate, also earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Soci--ety.
Larry Perry and Douglas Wipper, sales associates, have been honored as members of the International Sterling Society, ranking them in the top 18 percent of Coldwell Banker associates worldwide.
