1:59 a.m. An 18-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 700 block of Amethyst Drive on a failure to appear warrant that stemmed from a barking dog complaint.
8:03 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 700 block of Spring Creek Circle.
11:12 a.m. A loose dog was roaming a parking lot in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive. The dog was gone when officers arrived.
12:04 p.m. A woman reported losing her cell phone in Steamboat.
12:35 p.m. A woman in the 100 block of Sequoia Court thought someone broke into her house because the front door was ajar. Officers later found that the woman's Realtor couldn't get into the home because the door was stuck and accidentally splintered the door when she shoved it open.
1:04 p.m. A woman reportedly found a pellet gun near Fourth and Oak streets.
1:48 p.m. A man near Seventh and Yampa streets reportedly tried to drive his car away after city officials had put a tire boot on it.
3:36 p.m. Several people near Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue reported seeing a dump truck with an open tailgate dropping rocks and wet clay onto the road. Officers and city officials cleared the street so the mess wouldn't be a traffic hazard.
6:57 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 155.
7:30 p.m. A 44-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and not yielding to the right of way near Eighth and Yampa streets.
8:40 p.m. Someone reportedly found a license plate in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
10:42 p.m. A 54-year-old man in the 500 block of Cheyenne Court reportedly fell out of bed and hit his head. The man was not taken to the hospital.
