12:19 a.m. Someone reported seeing a drunken man stumbling in the road near Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers picked up the man and took him to detox.
8:53 a.m. A man in the 1000 block of Uncochief Circle noticed his neighbor's open front door and was concerned because he didn't think anyone was home. Officers secured the home and closed the door.
1:38 p.m. A man in the 2500 block of Cortina Lane reported someone hitting his rental car, damaging the rear taillight and driving off. A hit-and-run accident report was taken.
3:10 p.m. A man in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle picked up a loose dog and called police because he thought the dog looked neglected. The animal was taken to a clinic.
3:29 p.m. A 37-year-old Steamboat Springs man turned himself in to the police department on a fugitive of justice warrant.
3:30 p.m. A two-vehicle, injury accident was reported in the 30000 block of Routt County Road 27 in Hayden. Police said a man was treated for a minor scratch on his hand.
4:08 p.m. Someone reported a car passing a school bus stop sign near AprÃs Ski Way and Medicine Springs Road. Officers were not able to find the vehicle.
4:46 p.m. A loose dog was taken to the shelter from the 3100 block of Chinook Lane.
6:11 p.m. A man found a stray cat on Burgess Creek Road.
8:17 p.m. A gas leak was reported in the 42000 block of C.R. 76 in Hayden.
9:05 p.m. A 33-year-old Oak Creek woman was taken to the hospital from the 500 block of Willow Bend because she was suffering from severe back spasms.
10:29 p.m. A woman in the 800 block of Weiss Circle reported hearing loud music that seemed to be coming from throughout the woman's neighborhood. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
11:25 p.m. Someone reported hearing loud music and a suspicious noise in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.
