¤ The Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp will hold open scholarship auditions March 11 for local youths interested in attending its two-week junior camp for students entering the fifth, sixth and seventh grades. Theater and musical theater auditions are from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Steinberg Pavilion on the Perry-Mansfield campus off Routt County Road 36. Registration starts at 9 a.m. Dance auditions are from 1 to 3 p.m. at Northwest Ballet, 326 Oak Street in Steamboat Springs, with registration beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Dancers will participate in ballet and jazz classes. Theatre and musical theater students should prepare one monologue and one song, each approximately two minutes in length. For more information, call 879-7125.

¤ The Steamboat Springs Arts Council is accepting entries for "The Printed Image," a national juried printmaking exhibition, juried by Susan Hover Oehme, Master Printer and Director of Riverhouse Editions. The exhibit will hang from April 21 to May 28. Any traditional and/or experimental printmaking technique and media on paper is eligible, including, but not limited to, intaglio, relief, lithography, stencil, monotype and digital processes. ¤ Makers of furniture and furnishings that incorporate wood are invited to apply to "Fabric, Furniture and Funishing," a joint, juried exhibit presented at the Depot Art Center in Steamboat Springs by the Rocky Mountain Fine Woodworking Gallery and the Front Range Contemporary Quilters.xhibit dates are Aug. 4 through Sept. 17. The entry deadline is May 19. Theuror is Susan Working, director of woodworking and furniture at Anderson Ranch.
