12:29 a.m. An 18-year-old Steamboat Springs woman near Lincoln Avenue and Shield Drive was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, weaving and being a minor in possession.

3:19 a.m. A bear reportedly was walking around the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. The bear was gone when officers arrived.

7:45 a.m. Someone reportedly stole tools from the 2800 block of Village Drive.

7:50 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Lincoln Avenue and Shield Drive.

8:27 a.m. Someone reportedly stole a compressor and a generator from a construction trailer in the 25000 block of Routt County Road 46.

8:54 a.m. A man reported vandalism to his car at the Rainbow Family gathering in Big Red Park. A report was taken.

9:05 a.m. A woman reported a stolen spare tire in the 200 block of Howelsen Parkway.

1:39 p.m. A woman reportedly was dragging two children through a parking lot in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Human services employees contacted the woman, and took her in for interviews.

2:37 p.m. A woman reportedly was harassing customers and trying to steal things at a convenience store in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. Police said the woman began throwing apples and bananas at the store's clerk when she was asked to leave. The 29-year-old Eugene, Ore., woman was arrested on suspicion of theft and criminal mischief, and was taken to Pueblo for a mental health evaluation.
