Bonnie Lurenda Laws Postoskie (1944-2006)

Steamboat Springs resident Bonnie Lurenda Laws Postoskie died June 21, 2006. She was 61.
She was born Nov. 4, 1944, in Kansas City, Mo.
Bonnie was a retired Wal-Mart employee. She also worked as a certified nurse assistant at retirement homes in Steamboat Springs and Loveland.
Bonnie showed tremendous compassion and kindness toward those she helped care for in addition to those with whom she worked. Her lively spirit brought warmth and happiness to all who knew her.
Bonnie is preceded in death by an infant son and her parents, Paul Borden and Sybil Marie Laws of Pleasant Hills, Mo.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, John Postoskie Jr. Their marriage was a blessing of happiness. Together they share an incredible bond of love and friendship.
She also is survived by her stepson, Dan Postoskie; her stepdaughter, Michelle Postoskie; sisters, Betty M. Ralston of Steamboat and Rebecca Laws Guttermuth of Easley, S.C.; brother-in-law, Robert Ralston of Steamboat; nieces, Kim Symalla, Kelly Bauer, Nicole Daughhetee; nephew, Matthew Ralston; cousin, Kathy Laws Waddil of Florence, Mont.; many grandnieces and grandnephews; and her beloved dog, Precious.
