12:20 a.m. A 34-year-old Boulder man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, unsafe backing and failing to notify police of an accident. Police said the man lost control of his Toyota 4Runner on Burgess Creek Road and slid down an embankment and into a fence. The man was not injured.

6:20 a.m. Three motorists reportedly saw an injured deer that had been hit by a car three miles south of Oak Creek on Colorado Highway 131.

8:09 a.m. A man in the 2200 block of Downhill Drive reported a stolen Gary Fisher mountain bike worth $1,000. Officers took a report.

8:21 a.m. A parked car reportedly was impeding construction near Fish Creek Falls Road and Tamarack Drive. Officers advised the construction company to tow the car if it was causing a problem.

8:33 a.m. Identity theft was reported in the 300 block of Cherry Drive.

9:14 a.m. A woman reported a lack of traffic control on Eagleridge Drive, where workers were paving the road.

11:47 a.m. A man in the 16000 block of Colo. 131 reported someone using his credit card without authorization. The incident is under investigation.

12:10 p.m. A man on Lynx Pass reportedly was experiencing an irregular heartbeat and called for an ambulance. The man was able to drive and meet the ambulance and was taken to the hospital.

1:04 p.m. A dump truck reportedly was blocking traffic near Lincoln Avenue and Anglers Drive. The truck was gone when officers arrived.

3:03 p.m. A convenience store employee in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza reported a vagrant at the store who had been told to leave the store's property a week ago. The person was gone when officers arrived.

4:21 p.m. A 21-year-old New Mexico man was arrested for being a fugitive of justice. Officers contacted the man because he reportedly was panhandling in front of a store.

4:22 p.m. Someone reportedly stole a wireless router out of a car in the 2000 block of 13th Street.

6:37 p.m. Someone reportedly was sleeping in the 1400 of Lincoln Avenue. Officers told the person to leave.

6:53 p.m. A man reported seeing "a large amount of water bubbling up from the street" in the 2400 block of Downhill Drive. Officers called the Public Works Department to report the water leak.

7:16 p.m. A bicyclist reportedly was hit by a car near Village Drive and AprÃs Ski Way. The bicyclist and the car were gone when officers arrived.

7:33 p.m. A man reportedly saw two people setting up a tent on private property in the 1000 block of Pine Street. Officers told the campers to leave.

8:44 p.m. A woman reportedly heard loud music in the 400 block of Bluebell Court. Officers gave the residents a warning.

8:51 p.m. A woman reportedly saw a man carrying a large black trash bag in the 2500 block off Abbey Road. The woman was concerned the man was going to dump the bag illegally. The man was gone when officers arrived.

9:47 p.m. A car reportedly backed into a pole in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. Officers took a report and arrested the driver because he was a fugitive of justice.

10:10 p.m. Someone in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive reportedly saw an open business door and people playing an electric guitar. The musicians were gone when officers arrived.

10:14 p.m. Three people in the 200 block of Anglers Drive reportedly were harassing pizza delivery people. The people were gone when officers arrived.
