12:48 a.m. Someone reported a suspicious van in the 2900 block of Clearwater Trail. Officers checked on the van, and everything was fine.

1:02 a.m. A 32-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and harassment in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza.

7:31 a.m. A man reportedly plugged his camper into a restaurant's electrical outlet in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. An officer told the man he could not use the restaurant's electricity.

10:40 a.m. A business requested officers to do traffic control in the 1500 block of Kinnikinnick Lane because they were trimming trees.

10:49 a.m. A two-vehicle, injury accident was reported near Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers said someone had minor injuries but did not need immediate medical attention.

11:58 a.m. A man reportedly was peering into parked cars in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The man was gone when officers arrived.

12:44 p.m. A woman reported a propane gas leak in the 300 block of First Street in Oak Creek. Police said a 60-pound propane tank was leaking. Firefighters turned off the tank to stop the leak.

2:04 p.m. A dog reportedly was attacked by two other dogs in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Officers gave tickets to two dog owners.

4:12 p.m. A man on Routt County Road 129 reportedly hit his neighbor's cow with an all-terrain vehicle because he was upset the cow was on his property. Officers gave a warning to the man. The cow was not injured.

4:49 p.m. Someone reportedly stole a pair of jeans and a belt from a business in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:37 p.m. A man was cited for panhandling in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

6:09 p.m. Several bar patrons at an establishment on Yampa Street reportedly were causing a disturbance.

6:21 p.m. A 22-year-old woman and 28-year-old man from Winchester, Va., were arrested by U.S. Forest Service officers at Big Red Park in North Routt. The people were being held at the Routt County Jail for U.S. Marshals.

7:50 p.m. A 22-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of theft for reportedly stealing $30 worth of deli items from a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police said the man pushed past grocery store employees who were trying to stop him, dropped the deli items and then ran behind a bank, where officers found and arrested him.

9:45 p.m. A man reportedly lost his wallet with his driver's license in it in the 700 block of Yampa Street.

9:47 p.m. A 36-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and being a fugitive of justice in the 400 block of Bluebell Court. Police said the man's neighbor called to report a loud party. When police arrived, the man began yelling obscenities at his neighbor for calling the officers.

10:08 p.m. A hitchhiker reportedly was jumping out in front of cars on C.R. 129. The hitchhiker was gone when officers arrived.

10:27 p.m. An intoxicated pedestrian was taken from C.R. 129 to detox.
