12:04 a.m. Police received a report of a driver who drove onto a median on U.S. Highway 40. Police located the vehicle, and the 24-year-old driver from Craig was arrested for driving under the influence.

12:23 a.m. A woman reported three juveniles throwing rocks at vehicles on Routt County Road 129 near Clark. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies contacted two juvenile suspects.

1:49 a.m. Police received a report of two people urinating on the sidewalk at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. The people were cited.

2:08 a.m. A woman called police concerned someone may be in her house in the 3000 block of Columbine Drive. The woman noticed her bedroom window was open while pulling up to her house. Everything was fine.

2:56 a.m. A person reported a $350 Specialized bike stolen from the 500 block of Wyatt Drive.

3:06 a.m. A juvenile was issued an underage consumption ticket in the 500 block of Wyatt Drive.

8:05 a.m. A man reported someone had broken into the Howelsen Hill concession stand. The man did not know whether anything was stolen. Full beer cans were found on the floor, and he thinks alcohol may have been taken.

4:41 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies assisted the U.S. Forest Service with a felony arrest at the Rainbow Family gathering.

5:36 p.m. Police assisted rescue workers with a 85-year-old woman complaining of chest pains.

6:44 p.m. A man reported that another man took knives and a recipe book from a restaurant in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

6:57 p.m. Police received a report of a woman hearing a noise near Columbine Drive that she thought may have been a gunshot.

7:30 p.m. A man turned in a watch to police that he found along the Yampa River Core Trail.

8:36 p.m. Police received a report of two Rainbow Family members disturbing guests at a hotel in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police said the two people were visiting a guest. They allegedly were screaming and swearing, and one person was wearing a sheet. Police escorted the two people off the hotel property.

10:26 p.m. Hayden police arrested two men. One man was arrested on suspicion of firing a guns into the air outside a convenience store in the 200 block of West Jefferson Avenue. The other man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
