1:42 a.m. A woman in the 1900 block of Cornice Drive was concerned about her husband because he had not returned from a trip with a friend. Officers contacted the man and discovered that he had passed out at his friend's house after a night of drinking. Officers woke the man and told him to call his wife.

8:07 a.m. A road rage incident was reported near Lincoln Avenue and Anglers Drive. Police contacted the vehicle and gave the driver a warning.

8:25 a.m. A man reported his girlfriend being sexually assaulted somewhere in Steamboat Springs. Officers contacted the man and woman, and the woman told officers she didn't think a sexual assault occurred.

9:08 a.m. Someone reported a missing 17-year-old boy from Oak Creek. Police said the boy was fine and had just sneaked out of his house to go to a friend's home.

10:02 a.m. A divorced couple was arguing about property at the police department.

11:21 a.m. Someone reportedly saw an "irate hippie throwing his items at cars" near Dream Island Plaza and Lincoln Avenue. Police said many of the man's items had been run over. Police gave the man a warning.

12:01 p.m. A dog reportedly was tied up to a business and barking near Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

12:19 p.m. A woman reported unauthorized charges on her credit card. A report was taken.

2:23 p.m. A driver in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive was given a citation for leaving a dog in a car.

3:35 p.m. An adult man was injured when he crashed his motorcycle on Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 54 in Oak Creek. Police said the man lost control of his motorcycle. He severed his pinkie finger, sustained road rash and had another hand injury. The man was taken to the hospital.

4:25 p.m. Someone reported a mound of topsoil causing a traffic hazard near Abbey Road and Penny Lane. Officers said the soil was not in the middle of the road and wasn't a threat.

6:07 p.m. A 26-year-old Phoenix man was arrested on a fugitive of justice warrant. Police said U.S. Forest Service vehicles stopped the man on Forest Road 500 as he tried to enter the Rainbow Family gathering.

6:59 p.m. A man in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue was concerned about a parked vehicle that didn't have any license plates. Officers examined the vehicle and found a temporary tag taped in the window.

8:37 p.m. A 21-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested on a fugitive of justice warrant on Lincoln Avenue.

9:05 p.m. Someone reportedly saw a group of 10 people climbing the new ski jump in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway. The group was gone when officers arrived.

9:21 p.m. Someone reportedly heard fireworks on Anthony Circle. When officers arrived, everything was quiet.
