2:21 a.m. A man reported a drunken man loitering at a business in the 100 block of Trafalgar Drive. Police contacted the man who was waiting for a ride.

8:24 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's deputies received a report of neighbors arguing on Routt County Road 14.

9:32 a.m. Police received a report of a man lying on the Yampa River Core Trail with a dog running loose. The man was OK.

10:17 a.m. A woman reported receiving harassing phone calls.

11:25 a.m. A man reported losing his wallet on the core trail.

12:32 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's deputies received a report that a man was using a pipe to smoke an illegal substance while driving on U.S. Highway 40. Deputies stopped the man and decided the report was unfounded.

12:46 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's deputies received a report of a man violating a restraining order at Big Red Park, where people are assembling for the Rainbow Family gathering. The woman did not want to press charges. After investigating, deputies decided the report was unfounded.

1:21 p.m. An anonymous person reported children sliding down the ski jump at Howelsen Hill.

2:29 p.m. A woman reported finding a wallet along the core trail near Howelsen Hill.

3:32 p.m. A person reported losing a cell phone in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:14 p.m. A woman reported money and pills were taken from her purse at a restaurant in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:01 p.m. A taxi driver reported a man left the cab and fell on his porch in the 200 block of Ninth Street. Police said the driver tried to help the man. The intoxicated man was taken to the hospital.

10:49 p.m. Police received a report of a domestic dispute in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A man was yelling and screaming at a woman. The man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, criminal mischief and being a minor in possession.
