1:35 a.m. Police received a report of a drunken person near Whistler Road. The man was transported by ambulance to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

7:18 a.m. A person reported two people panhandling at a convenience store in the 30000 block of West U.S. Highway 40.

10:22 a.m. A woman reported a suspicious person entering a condo in the 1700 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

Noon A person reported a naked man swimming in the pool at the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel.

2:23 p.m. A 26-year-old Phoenix man was arrested at a grocery store in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting and third-degree assault. Police said the man kicked and hit a security officer at the store after the officer confronted the man about putting items into his jacket.

5:39 p.m. A woman reported an abandoned vehicle on AprÃs Ski Way. A van had been parked on the street for a couple weeks with open windows.

6:54 p.m. A woman reported a boulder in the road near the Elk River Guest Ranch. Routt County Sheriff's deputies removed the boulder.

9:04 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's deputies investigated a report of fireworks being lit in the 27000 block of Whitewood Drive. The parties were warned.

9:32 p.m. A woman reported a missing person in the area of Spring Creek Trail. The person was found.

10:25 p.m. A man called police concerned about a person who came to his residence and appeared to have mental health issues in the 500 block of Pine Street. A report was taken.

11:38 p.m. A woman was given a summons for minor in consumption in the 1800 block of Ranch Road.
