Deadline today to apply to arts school and camp
The deadline for submitting video scholarship applications for the 2006 summer session of Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp is today. Perry-Mansfield would like to remind all intermediate (grades eight and nine) and high school and college students that they must audition for scholarships by submitting a video. Local scholarship auditions for dance, theater and musical theater students in grades five through seven are March 4. Call 879-7125 for more information.
Post office offering passport fair Saturday
The Steamboat Springs Post Office is holding a passport fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at its downtown location, 200 Lincoln Ave, so residents can apply for passports on a weekend day. The post office also accepts passport applications on weekdays throughout the year.
The processing time for all passport applications is six weeks. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee. Call 879-8360 for more information.
