2:19 a.m. A 24-year-old man was arrested in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle on suspicion of flashing people on a hotel balcony. Officers first found the man drunk, standing alone in the middle of the street wearing a wet T-shirt and jeans. Officers followed the man and witnessed an argument with people on the balcony. They arrested the man after he took off his pants and flashed the group.
6:08 a.m. A grayish-blue horse reportedly escaped from an animal hospital in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza and fled toward Routt County Road 129. The horse was caught about 45 minutes later and was taken back to the hospital.
9:13 a.m. A man near Ninth and Oak streets reported something on fire on the street corner. He said he thought he smelled burning petroleum. Firefighters were unable to find a fire.
9:26 a.m. A woman in the 1800 block of Steamboat Boulevard reported a dog barking. Officers left a warning notice for the dog's owner.
11:02 a.m. A man wearing a red coat reportedly was standing on the corner of Walton Creek Road and Lincoln Avenue harassing motorists as they drove by. The man was gone when officers arrived.
12:23 p.m. Two Shitzu dogs locked in a car in a hotel parking lot reportedly were standing on the car's steering wheel and honking the horn. Officers left a warning notice on the car window for the owner.
12:26 p.m. A husband and wife reportedly were arguing in the 300 block of Seventh Street. Officers mediated.
12:37 p.m. A woman in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue reported receiving harassing phone calls from a man.
1:37 p.m. A sand truck on Burgess Creek Road reportedly hit a car.
2:17 p.m. A man in the 100 block of Ninth Street reported losing his car keys.
2:46 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1900 block of Ski Time Square Drive.
3:12 p.m. A man in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue reportedly drove past another car and broke off its mirror. A report was taken.
3:53 p.m. A rock reportedly slid down a hill at the KOA campground on U.S. Highway 40 and fell on a car. No one was injured.
4:32 p.m. A fire was reported in the 27000 block of C.R. 14. A small shed used to store hay was destroyed by the blaze. No one was injured, and no other property was damaged in the fire.
5:25 p.m. A man in the Meadows Parking Lot reported several gas caps unscrewed and hanging from vehicles parked in the lot.
6:10 p.m. A thin man with a mustache reportedly was asking for money in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza. The man was asked to leave.
6:42 p.m. Someone in the 400 block of Willow Bend in Oak Creek reported a propane gas leak. Officers could find no leak.
7:40 p.m. A man was arrested and taken to the Routt County Jail on child abuse charges. Officers said the man grabbed a 15-year-old employee at a business in the 1000 block of Yampa Street, where they both worked, and slammed him against a pole, causing the boy to hit his head.
7:42 p.m. A man in the first block of Anglers Drive was telling people his car broke down and he was asking for money. Officers told the man to leave.
9:58 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Pine Grove Road and Lincoln Avenue.
10:29 p.m. A 58-year-old man in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue reportedly overdosed on drugs and was taken to the hospital.
