2:01 a.m. A person in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive reported two bar patrons fighting. Officers mediated the situation, and the patrons left after the bar owners asked them to.

2:16 a.m. Officers issued a written warning for a traffic offense to a driver near Walton Creek Road and Chinook Lane. Officers also wrote a minor-in-possession citation to the driver's passenger on suspicion of underage drinking.

2:45 a.m. Security officers in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle requested medics to check on an intoxicated 25-year-old who had passed out at a hotel. Medics checked on the man, and decided he did not need to go to the hospital.

3:32 a.m. A man driving near Maple and Third streets reported seeing a man "going after and attacking" another man who was walking down the street. Officers were not able to find the men.

5:13 a.m. Someone in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza reportedly heard a whining and yelping puppy and thought the puppy was in distress. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

7:38 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1500 block of Shadow Run Frontage.

7:38 a.m. A man in the 2600 block of Copper Frontage reported a window being broken out of his company vehicle. A report was taken.

8:30 a.m. A man in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane caught a stray Siamese cat in his garage and called police to come pick it up. Officers took the cat to the animal shelter.

8:57 a.m. Residents on River Queen Lane called to complain that several construction trucks were parked on both sides of the streets, blocking the road. Officers told the truck drivers they needed to park closer to the shoulder to allow traffic to pass.

9:34 a.m. A man in the 300 block of Columbine Drive reported someone stealing a portable heater from a construction job site Friday night. A report was taken.

9:42 a.m. A man reported losing his wallet while he was staying at a condo in the 2000 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

10:23 a.m. A woman in the 300 block of Little Moon Trail reported a tan dog attacking her dog. The woman told police the stray dog entered her yard and then began attacking her dog. Several weeks ago, the same dog attacked her husband, the woman said. Officers took the dog from its owners and took it to the shelter.

10:54 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 3000 block of Laurel Lane.

11:26 a.m. A man on the Yampa River Core Trail reported two cars parked on the trail blocking the path. The man told police he had seen people sledding in the area and said the cars might belong to the sledders.The sledders and cars were gone when officers arrived.

12:16 p.m. A woman reported a car accident that had occurred earlier in the morning at the police department.

12:22 p.m. A woman in the 800 block of Grand Street reported two young men trespassing on her property and crouching behind shrubs to scare the elk. Officers contacted the two men and wrote them tickets for trespassing and disturbing wildlife.

12:59 p.m. A woman near Oak and Eighth streets reported her car window being broken.

6:47 p.m. A man reported his son's lost ski pass at the police department.

8:58 p.m. A man in the 900 block of Pine Street reported seeing a drunken man stumbling in the street. Officers were not able to contact the man because he went into a home on Seventh Street as they were arriving.
