Izabela Banas joins Colorado Group firm

Colorado Group Realty has announced that Izabela Banas has joined the firm. Banas earned her MBA from the University of Colorado and has been a resident of Steamboat Springs for 10 years. She is a co-owner of the Nordic Lodge Motel. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association and Main Street Steamboat Springs.

Chadwick partners with Steamboat Village

Chadwick Real Estate Group has formed a relationship with Steamboat Village Brokers for the marketing and sale of the Chadwick Estates at Steamboat Springs. The development comprises 16 single-family homes at the ski base with prices beginning at $2.3 million.

Patrice Steinke joins Elliott Appraisal

Veteran Steamboat Springs real estate appraiser Patrice Steinke has joined Elliott Appraisal Services.

Owner Lori Elliott said the firm now offers residential appraisal services, as well as commercial, industrial, retail, office and land appraisals. During 20 years in Steamboat, Steinke has accumulated eight years of real estate appraisal experience, as well as several years in real estate sales.

Harbor to be replaced with Howelsen Place

The development team planning to redevelop the Harbor Hotel has named its project Howelsen Place. Development representative Jim Cook said there is a tentative plan to place a bronze sculpture at the Seventh Street corner of the building that represents historical skiing figure Carl Howelsen coming off a ski jump.
