On Tuesday night, the Steamboat Springs City Council approved the preliminary plat for the Steamboat Barn Village subdivision. 12:59 a.m. A drunken 21-year-old man in the 3000 block of Mountaineer Circle was caught trying to get into a home through a back window. The two women who lived at the home called police from a bathroom they locked themselves into. Officers gave the man a warning, and the women were fine.
