1:10 a.m. A patient called police repeatedly from the hospital. Hospital staff took the man's cell phone from him.

9:28 a.m. A person reportedly attempted to use a fraudulent check in the 200 block of Anglers Drive. The incident is under investigation.

10:05 a.m. A car slid off the road near Downhill Drive and Radiator Road.

10:26 a.m. A woman reportedly was missing two sets of keys from her home in the 1400 block of Conestoga Court.

11:45 a.m. A 46-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass (domestic violence) and false imprisonment (domestic violence).

12:38 p.m. A 51-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order in Oak Creek.

3:59 p.m. A man was reported to be vomiting blood in the 3400 block of Mica Court. The man refused to be taken to the hospital.

5:32 p.m. A car reportedly hit a tree in the 600 block of Anglers Drive. The driver was not injured.

6:52 p.m. A dead fox was removed from the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

7:15 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was cited for trying to purchase alcohol with a false ID at a restaurant in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

7:19 p.m. A 26-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1000 block of Village Lane.

9:36 p.m. A woman was taken to the hospital from near C.R. 14 and Colorado Highway 131 to be treated for minor injuries she sustained when her car hit an elk.

11:08 p.m. A hotel guest reportedly made inappropriate comments to an employee in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken.

I can not believe this one..WHAA they took my cell phone..if I'm not mistaken you are not allowed to use cell phones in the hospital..but heck thats never stopped anyone..also why would you need one if your a patient last time I looked there were phones in the rooms..
