Friday, Aug. 11
2:55 a.m. Two men reportedly were arguing loudly near Medicine Springs Road and Village Drive. The men were gone when officers arrived.
3:30 a.m. Two people reportedly were trying to a pick a lock near Eighth and Oak streets.
3:46 a.m. Someone reportedly was "messing with construction equipment" in the 2400 block of AprÃs Ski Way. Nothing was missing from the construction site.
8:47 a.m. A 46-year-old man from the Front Range died while camping with his family at Stagecoach State Park. Coroner Rob Ryg said the death is not suspicious and that the man most likely died from a medical condition. An autopsy was scheduled and Ryg said he most likely would have results by Tuesday.
9:04 a.m. A bale of hay reportedly was stolen from a home on Routt County Road 18. A report was taken.
10:45 a.m. A 50-year-old man reportedly broke his arm while mountain biking near Orton Meadows on Howelsen Hill. Medical crews were able to reach the man and take him to the hospital.
1:34 p.m. Five people reportedly were arguing in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers mediated the situation.
2:13 p.m. A man reportedly lost his ATM card in the 700 block of Yampa Street.
2:13 p.m. Several people reportedly were jumping into tubes on the Yampa River near the C-Hole and were hitting other tubers. Officers talked to the tubers and gave them a warning.
2:45 p.m. A woman found a camera in the first block of Seventh Street.
2:47 p.m. A man was taken to the hospital from the 28000 block of C.R. 209 in Clark because he was suffering from seizures.
5:11 p.m. Someone reportedly felt threatened by a man who had a BB gun in the first block of Moffat Avenue in Yampa. The man was arrested on suspicion of violating his bail bond conditions and disorderly conduct.
