Ski Corp. opens real estate office

Steamboat Springs — Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp. plans to carve out a slice of Steamboat Springs' burgeoning real estate market.
Ski Corp. Vice Presi-
dent of Sales and Marketing Andy Wirth announced Ski Corp. has opened a full-service real estate brokerage in the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel and Condominiums.
Ski Corp. has maintained a sales staff at the Steamboat Grand for more than five years.
It was devoted to selling interval ownerships in the condominiums at the hotel. Now, the office will transition to full-service brokerage.
Wirth said Ski Corp.'s new real estate office, Steamboat Ski and Resort Realty, would be headed by Dave Irish, who has three decades of experience in the industry. He was on the original sales staff at the Grand.
Twenty-year veteran Barry Rhodes is also on the staff. Lisa Lancaster is the business manager.
