2:51 a.m. Someone saw an injured cat hobbling on Lincoln Avenue near the Sleepy Bear Mobile Home Park. The cat was gone when officers arrived.

10:48 a.m. A loose dog was taken to the shelter from Savoy Place.

1:13 p.m. A woman near Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue reported a truck blocking the alley. Officers contacted the truck's driver and told him to move it.

1:21 p.m. A reckless driver was reported near Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. The driver was gone when officers arrived.

2:58 p.m. Two high school students were cited for fighting at Steamboat Springs High School. Officers issued the two girls citations for disorderly conduct.

2:59 p.m. Two high school students were cited for fighting at Steamboat Springs High School. Officers issued the two boys citations for disorderly conduct.

3:51 p.m. A 22-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on a fugitive-of-justice warrant in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

4:25 p.m. A woman reported seeing a man stumbling up Burgess Creek Road and was concerned the man might get hurt. The man was gone when officers arrived.

5:30 p.m. A man in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court reported finding a broken light. The man told police that whoever broke the light cut his or her finger because the person reportedly smeared blood on a nearby glass window. A vandalism report was taken.

6:18 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 154. No injuries were reported.

9:05 p.m. A car slid into a ditch in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue. The driver was not injured and did not need a tow truck to get out of the ditch.

10:45 p.m. A man and woman reportedly were yelling at each other from two windows in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle. Officers contacted the people and gave them a verbal warning.
