1:07 a.m. A Steamboat Springs Transit employee reported a man in his 20s standing under a bus shelter but not responding to the employee's voice. The employee told police the man was drooling and might be intoxicated.

1:58 a.m. A man reported $5,000 and his wallet stolen from a parking lot. The man later called police and told them he found his wallet and the money in his camper.

5:07 a.m. A man in the 2600 block of Anthony Circle reported a dog that had been barking for hours.

8:54 a.m. A business owner in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue reported the lights from a business next door were too bright.

9:32 a.m. Officers checked on the well-being of some horses near Second Street and Lincoln Avenue.

9:33 a.m. A 26-year-old Steamboat Springs man was shooting paintballs at a B & K Distributing delivery truck in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The truck's driver told police he came outside to find the man wiping paint off the windshield, which had cracked when the paintballs hit the glass. Officers called B & K Distributing's owner, who told police he was not interested in pressing charges against the man but that he wanted the man to pay for the damages. The man admitted to shooting the paintballs and agreed to pay for windshield.

9:35 a.m. A woman in the 3300 block of AprÃs Ski Way reportedly found a 2003 Subaru missing its door handles and thought someone had forcibly entered the car. A report was taken.

10:49 a.m. Two dogs were reported running loose in the 2600 block of Anthony Drive.

11:17 a.m. An Alpine Taxi and gray sedan were involved in an accident near Eighth and Yampa streets.

1:21 p.m. A man reported losing his cell phone on Mount Werner.

1:59 p.m. A woman in the 400 block of Oak Street reported someone breaking into her car and stealing 20 CDs and a CD adapter. A report was taken.

2:03 p.m. A Habitat for Humanity vehicle and Ford Windstar minivan were involved in an accident in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. No injuries were reported.

3:29 p.m. A woman in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive reported her mother forcing her way into her home and attempting to steal the woman's young son. The woman told police her mother tries to take her son every time the two women get into an argument. Officers referred the woman to the Routt County Department of Human Services.

3:31 p.m. Someone found the remnants of a laptop computer strewn across U.S. Highway 40 and turned them into the police department.

3:46 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

4:57 p.m. A man reported a teenager riding a noisy, large red and green motor bike on the Yampa River Core Trail. The teenager was gone when officers arrived.

6:32 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Pine Grove Road and Lincoln Avenue.

6:34 p.m. A woman reported several young men lighting fireworks in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle and was concerned the fireworks would hit her car. The men were gone when officers arrived.

10:53 p.m. A 26-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol near Mount Werner Road and Eagle Ridge Circle.
