Midnight Officers reportedly arrested a 19-year-old man on a fugitive of justice warrant after they responded to a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Steamboat Boulevard.

9:06 a.m. A man reportedly called a business in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue and asked about being hired for a job. The man then started talking about being a retired Vietnam veteran.

9:23 a.m. Tools reportedly were stolen from a construction trailer in the 2600 block of Copper Ridge Circle.

9:46 a.m. A cell pone reportedly was lost or stolen in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

11:01 a.m. A business in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue reportedly received five or six unusual calls. A man reportedly called saying he was a Green Beret and complained about hiring procedures. A woman called complaining about charges made to her credit card, and a man called and asked the employee to take her shirt off.

11:10 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident reportedly occurred in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

12:14 p.m. A drunken man was arrested by sheriff's deputies in the 27000 block of Routt County Road 64 for reportedly shooting pigeons. The man's neighbor called because the shooting was scaring her daughter and horses.

12:46 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run, noninjury accident reportedly occurred in the 2300 block of Clubhouse Drive.

1:21 p.m. A vehicle reportedly made several illegal u-turns and ran a stop sign on Yampa Street.

6:18 p.m. A theft reportedly occurred in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road.

9:04 p.m. Officers reportedly had extra patrol on River Road to enforce traffic.

9:06 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle. The man reportedly was fighting with a woman.
