We recently moved to Steamboat and enjoy your paper daily. We are so impressed to read the "found items" and especially the story of the woman who lost her diamond, which was found and returned.
We have a similar story. My husband left a fair amount of cash in his pants pocket when he dropped the pants off at the cleaners next to City Market. We received a phone call alerting us that the cash was found.
When we picked it up, the owner said, "That's how we do business."
How refreshing. Only in Steamboat.
