3:24 a.m. A 45-year-old man was arrested in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive on a fugitive-of-justice warrant out of Moffat County.
8:31 p.m. A dump truck reportedly was speeding on River Road. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
9:03 a.m. Five bicycles reportedly were found in the 1400 block of 13th Street. They were turned in to the police department.
10:39 a.m. A woman reportedly caught her neighbor's loose dog in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue and wanted officers to pick up the dog.
11:57 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident reportedly occurred in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:35 p.m. A man reportedly stole a roll of chewing tobacco from a business in the first block of Anglers Drive. A report was taken.
3:32 p.m. A cell phone reportedly was lost in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:20 p.m. Someone reportedly tried to turn in a forged prescription in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken, and the incident is under investigation.
5:05 p.m. Two people reportedly were arguing in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The two were advised.
5:07 p.m. Two juveniles reportedly were standing on the train tracks near Howelsen Hill. The juveniles did not move as the train approached, and the train was forced into emergency stop mode. The juveniles left the scene on skateboards, and officers were unable to find them.
5:10 p.m. A blue mountain bike reportedly was lost in the first block of Maple Street.
5:33 p.m. Two dogs reportedly were running fast in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
8:13 p.m. People reportedly were "jumping on the floor as hard as they could and on purpose" in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza. The man who reported the incident thought the floors were going to cave in. Officers warned the residents.
8:30 p.m. A man reportedly was yelling and waving his arms at employees in the 200 block of Anglers Drive. The situation was mediated.
