Friday, Sept. 8
2:10 a.m. A man and woman reportedly were arguing in the 2300 block of Penny Lane. The woman was given a ride home, and both were given verbal warnings.
8:03 a.m. A reckless driver reportedly cut someone off in the area of Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The driver was gone when officers arrived.
8:05 a.m. A woman reportedly was taken to the hospital by ambulance after a neighbor said the woman might be suicidal.
8:42 a.m. An employee reportedly stole merchandise from a store in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The incident is under investigation.
9:53 a.m. A 31-year-old man was arrested in the 700 block of Amethyst Drive on a failure-to-appear warrant.
11:29 a.m. A digital camera and a pair of sunglasses were reported stolen in the 200 block of Pine Street.
12:04 p.m. An unknown amount of money was reported stolen in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
12:53 p.m. An unfriendly looking dog reportedly was running loose in the area of Fourth and Oak streets. The dog was gone when officers arrived.
12:59 p.m. A vehicle reportedly was stolen, but the owner found it the next day.
3:27 p.m. A hairless fox reportedly was seen on Whistler Road. The animal was gone when officers arrived.
5:25 p.m. Prescription drugs reportedly were stolen from a pharmacy in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
6:03 p.m. Several figurines reportedly were damaged in the 800 block of Weiss Circle.
