Barclay joins Steamboat Village Brokers

Steamboat Village Brokers has announced the addition of Ryan Barclay to its real estate firm. Barclay has an associates degree in marketing management with an emphasis in ski management. He grew up in Breckenridge and ski raced for 16 years before becoming a golf professional in 2000. He has worked at Haymaker Golf Course and Catamount Ranch & Club.

"Ryan is a second-generation real estate broker who brings a wealth of knowledge and discipline to this field. We are fortunate to have him join our team," managing broker David Baldinger Jr. said.

Joyce Hartless joins

Colorado Group Realty has added broker associate Joyce Hartless to the firm.

She brings more than a decade of real estate sales and marketing experience with her from Virginia. Specializing in new construction and new communities, Hartless consistently has produced in the top 10 percent of Realtors nationwide.

McNamara named director of marketing

The Resort Company, parent company of Steamboat Resorts, appointed Blair McNamara as director of marketing.

McNamara's background includes product and service development, corporate partnerships, team leadership and global marketing programs.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, McNamara most recently held the position of managing partner with Airplanners, where he developed and managed air transportation programs for small communities nationwide.

He also has more than seven years sales and marketing experience with Vail Resorts, Inc., serving as director of strategic alliances, director of transportation marketing and southeast regional sales manager.

He and his family will relocate to Steamboat Springs from Edina, Minnesota.
