Mark and Karen Zim-merman of Roanoke, Va., and Harold and Sandra Paisant of Norcross, Ga., announce the engagement of their children Christine Marie Zimmerman and Lt. Michael Anthony Paisant.
Zimmerman is a graduate of Hayden High School and Colorado State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. She is an accounting supervisor for Regency Centers in Jacksonville, Fla.
Lt. Paisant is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics. He is a Navy officer assigned to the USS Maine, a nuclear submarine in Kings Bay.
The wedding is today in Charleston, N.C.
