12:23 a.m. An elderly man reportedly was experiencing heart problems in the 2300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. The man was taken to the hospital.
1:58 a.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 700 block of Grand Street.
6:57 a.m. A tan sport utility vehicle reportedly overturned in the 700 block of Amethyst Drive. No injuries were reported.
8:14 a.m. A vehicle reportedly was blocking the road at the end of River Queen Lane. By the time officers arrived, the vehicle had been moved.
9:11 a.m. A rack of clothes reportedly was stolen in front of a business in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The rack had been left out overnight accidentally. The clothes were valued at more than $1,000.
10 a.m. An animal complaint was reported near Lincoln Avenue and Curve Court.
11:46 a.m. An electrical power-line transformer reportedly blew when an animal ran up the electric pole in the 22400 block of Downhill Drive. The animal caught fire, and a small grass fire began at the bottom of the pole. Firefighters put out the fire, and Yampa Valley Electric Association employees tended to the downed transformer. It is unknown what happened to the animal.
1:05 p.m. A cell phone reportedly was lost in Steamboat Springs.
1:31 p.m. Three horses reportedly were trespassing on property near the Iron Horse Inn.
2:00 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident reportedly occurred near Walton Creek Road and Village Lane.
3:10 p.m. Traffic congestion reportedly occurred in the 200 block of Park Avenue after several parents tried to pick up their children at the elementary school. Officers alleviated the traffic problems.
3:31 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident reportedly occurred in the Knoll parking lot. A report was taken.
3:36 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident reportedly occurred on Burgess Creek Road.
5:03 p.m. A CD player reportedly was stolen from a vehicle in the 1300 block of 13th Street. The property later was found.
5:21 p.m. A dump truck reportedly tore out the electrical wiring at Hilltop Car Wash. The truck driver reportedly forgot to put up the bed of the truck, and it caught the wiring as the truck drove through the car wash. A report was taken.
6:57 p.m. A woman reportedly smelled gasoline behind a cash register in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza and was getting a headache. Firefighters and Atmos Energy employees responded to the call, and everything was fine.
7:18 p.m. A man reportedly slapped his wife on the arm in the 200 block of Anglers Drive. The man reportedly had gotten aggressive with employees about an incorrect pizza order. He was gone when officers arrived.
8:58 p.m. Someone on a dirt bike reportedly was doing wheelies and jumps in the 1500 block of Shadow Run Frontage. The motorcycle was gone when officers arrived.
9:05 p.m. Money reportedly was stolen out of a residence in the 3200 block of Village Drive.
10:24 p.m. Three bottles of motor oil reportedly were left by a trash can in the 2600 block of AprÃs Ski Way.
11:34 p.m. A loud party reportedly occurred in the 3000 block of AprÃs Ski Way. Officers warned the partygoers.
