4:31 a.m. A noninjury car accident reportedly occurred on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 112. The man involved reportedly received a ride somewhere before emergency personnel could respond.

4:58 p.m. A car reportedly was stolen in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:19 p.m. City Council election signs reportedly were stolen from a lawn in the unit block of Spruce Street.

6:27 p.m. A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and harassment in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

10:21 p.m. A dog reportedly was running loose in the 200 block of Fourth Street.
