1:24 a.m. Someone in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive reported hearing loud music coming from a car parked by the soccer fields. The car was gone when officers arrived.
7:57 a.m. A three-car accident was reported at U.S. Highway 40 and Shield Drive. The accident left one car blocking the highway. No injuries were reported.
8:25 a.m. A woman at U.S. 40 and Walton Creek Road reported that the stoplight was stuck on red and that traffic was backed up to the Shop 'n Hop food store. Officers notified the Colorado Department of Transportation.
9:10 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported on Mount Werner Road near U.S. 40.
9:18 a.m. A large, charcoal-colored, bushy dog reportedly was running loose in the 2300 block of West Drive and bothering other dogs on leashes and behind fences.
9:38 a.m. A man in the 1400 block of Mark Twain Lane was concerned that his neighbor had several trucks and snowmobiles parked in the road and obstructing traffic. The man wanted to make sure officers were aware of the situation in case they needed to tell the neighbor to move his equipment later in the day.
11:21 a.m. A dog reportedly was sleeping in the snow in the 200 block of Park Avenue, and a woman was concerned it was going to be hit by a car. The dog was taken to the shelter.
1:39 p.m. A property owner on Routt County Road 129 reportedly slipped and hurt his back. North Routt Ambulance transported the man to the hospital.
3:05 p.m. A man and woman in the 39000 block of Amethyst Drive were arguing about the custody of their children. Officers mediated the situation.
3:07 p.m. A man in the 1400 block of Robert E. Lee Lane reported his debit card missing.
3:44 p.m. A man in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle was given a citation for using someone else's ski pass.
5:07 p.m. A woman on Innsbruck Court called police because she thought she heard a man yelling and screaming from inside a house. Officers arrived and discovered that the man was just talking loudly on his phone. He was warned to keep his voice down.
10:50 p.m. A 23-year-old man on Conestoga Circle was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
