3:23 a.m. A woman in the 100 block of Mountain Village Circle reported seeing someone standing outside her bedroom window, and she said the screen door on her porch was off its track. Officers were not able to find any footprints in the snow or other signs of an intrusion.

4:18 a.m. A police officer encountered a drunken 27-year-old man in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square and took him to the hospital. The man was later taken to detox.

7:11 a.m. A young man in the 700 block of Pine Street reportedly fell and hit his head. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

7:51 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near of Eighth and Yampa streets.

8:45 a.m. A car near Third and Maple streets was reported blocking the roadway. The car was parked legally.

10:04 a.m. Officers found a ski pass.

10:24 a.m. A woman went to the police station to make a report of harassment.

10:36 a.m. A man in the 400 block of Oak Street reported his car had been hit. Officers took a hit-and-run car accident report.

11:33 a.m. Police were called to the Yampa River in the 1100 block of Yampa Street because someone reported seeing a partial elk carcass floating down the river. Officers said they thought a dog pulled the carcass out of a dumpster. Officers let the elk float.

11:48 a.m. A dark brown dog was reported running in and out of traffic in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

1:19 p.m. A mini-van in the area of Routt County Road 50 and Colorado Highway 131 reportedly blew a tire and then caught on fire. Oak Creek Fire and Rescue personnel put out the fire. No injuries were reported.

3:23 p.m. A construction truck near AprÃs Ski Way and Village Drive was blocking the road. The truck was moved when officers arrived.

7:31 p.m. A drunken man in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza called officers to report a bar fight that had occurred earlier in the evening, and he said that when he got home, he noticed a weird mark on his arm.

9:46 p.m. Several snowboarders in the 1800 block of Montview Court were riding in someone's backyard and listening to a loud car stereo. The residents were given a warning.
