Chamber Orchestra benefit dinner on Thursday night

Harwig's/L'Apogee and First National Bank of Steamboat Springs are hosting a benefit dinner for the Steamboat Springs Chamber Orchestra on Thursday evening. The event, which begins with a wine reception from 6 to 7 p.m., is $125 a person, $90 of which is tax-deductible. The event includes a four-course dinner. Chamber music will be performed after dinner. There are a limited number of seats available. Call 879-9008, ext. 107, for more information or to make a reservation.

Festival of Trees displayed at Tread of Pioneers Museum

The Tread of Pioneers Muse--um's 11th annual Festival of Trees, sponsored by First Nation--al Bank of Steamboat Springs, is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through Sunday. Festival and mus--eum admission is free to Routt County residents. Call 879-2214.

LIFT-UP of Routt County holding open house

LIFT-UP of Routt County's South Routt Food Bank is holding an open house from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at its Oak Creek location, 106 Moffat Ave. To make sure everyone in South Routt has enough food for Thanksgiving, LIFT-UP will be giving food away to all residents who come to the food bank. No applications will be needed to receive food. Call 736-1047.

Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Nov. 24

Routt County United Way and Vectra Bank are sponsoring the free Community Thanksgiving Dinner from 2 to 5 p.m. Nov. 24. Dinner volunteers and prepared food donations are needed. Call Vectra Bank at 870-4210.
