3:30 a.m. A woman called police because she thought someone was outside her home in the 200 block of Hillside Drive. While the woman was talking to police, she reportedly had a seizure and sounded as if she was snoring. When officers arrived, the woman refused to be transported to the hospital.

7:35 a.m. A window reportedly was broken at a business in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. This is the third time a rock has been thrown at this business in the past few weeks. The incident is under investigation.

7:55 a.m. A two-vehicle, minor-injury accident occurred at U.S. Highway 40 and Routt County Road 129. One woman was transported to the hospital by ambulance to be treated for injuries.

9:17 a.m. A man was found dead in his home in the 28000 block of Valley View. The man reportedly was found by sheriff's deputies who went to check on him because he had not shown up for work. Foul play is not suspected.

11:24 a.m. A woman reportedly was receiving phone calls from a man in Florida, whom she has a restraining order against. A report was taken.

1:28 p.m. A dog with no tags reportedly was picked up in the 100 block of Sixth Street.

1:51 p.m. Someone reportedly trespassed and vandalized the high school in the first block of Maple Street.

3:24 p.m. A hunter's horse reportedly untied itself and was running loose near Seedhouse Road and Routt County Road 129. The horse was corralled, and the hunter eventually retrieved the horse.

4:02 p.m. A traffic control construction worker reportedly was yelling vulgarities at drivers who weren't obeying his traffic gestures. Officers mediated the situation.

4:07 p.m. A juvenile reportedly stole candy from a business in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The juvenile gave the candy back when he was caught, and he received a citation.

5:10 p.m. Skateboarders reportedly were causing traffic problems near Third Street and Lincoln Avenue. The skateboarders were contacted and warned.

5:20 p.m. An emergency message was delivered to a hunter in the Harpers Reservoir area.

5:40 p.m. A credit card reportedly was stolen in the 1400 block of Blake Lane.

7:54 p.m. Someone reportedly thought a young person was waiting for someone to buy him alcohol in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The person was gone when officers arrived.

8:43 p.m. A driver reportedly thought another driver was purposefully following and tailgating him in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the driver.

10:39 p.m. A 21-year-old woman was arrested on a fugitive-of-justice warrant on Indian Trails.

10:40 p.m. A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under suspension and speeding near U.S. 40 and Anglers Drive.

11:18 p.m. An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation, possessing less than 1 ounce of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia near U.S. 40 and Fish Creek Falls Road.
